2 oz Pickers Original Vodka
4 oz Grapefruit Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Garnish with Grapefruit Wedge

Combine all ingredients in a glass with ice. Turn into a cocktail shaker and back into the glass to blend. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
