Blood Orange Ginger Highball

2 oz Pickers Blood Orange Vodka
.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
Top with Ginger Beer

Garnish with Lime Wedge

Combine all ingredients in a glass with ice. Turn into a cocktail shaker and back into the glass to blend. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
