Pink Lemon Fizz

1.5 oz Pickers Pink Lemon Vodka

1 oz simple syrup

3 oz club soda or sparkling water

fresh thyme for garnish

Combine vodka and simple syrup into a mixing glass with ice. Stir to combine. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.
