1.5 oz Pickers Pink Lemon Vodka

.75 oz simple syrup

.75 oz lemon juice

2-3 oz champagne or prosecco

Lemon peel for garnish

Combine vodka, simple syrup and lemon juice into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled. Strain into a flute and top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon peel.
